We stayed at the Winstar casino, hotel the weekend of 8th & 9th March. Yes, two of the elevators were not working. The hotel personnel did a very good job under trying conditions to help the guests as much as they could. On Sunday evening the third elevator quit for a while. When we finally got up to our room on the 9th floor, our keys wouldn't work. They sent someone up the 9 flights of stairs to bring us new keys. All in all we think the hotel did all they could. And no one seemed too upset and waited their turns patiently.
The evening that the computers were down in the bar area, they didn't get my order at all. The manager was very good about refunding my money and gave me a slip for a free lunch the next day. We didn't use it because we were having too much fun in the casino.
The clerks at check in and check out were very efficient and friendly. We had a great time and are planning another trip when the weather is right.More
