This review is based on take-out only but in general, the food was average. The meat was cooked too long, the cream-based sauces are heavy, and the pasta is not al dente. The food is OK for Stillwater, but very mediocre compared with Italian restaurants in other cities.

The food is very good, the decor is very neat and the service is great. We've eaten there several times and have always been totally satisfied. The portions are large and very tasty. It makes me hungry just writing this review. Try it, you'll like it!

We didn't make it to Eskimo Joe's or Mexico Joe's, but did go to Joseppi's. Good choices for the kid's menu.. We paid $50 for two kid's meals, two entrees, a glass of wine and an appetizer. Service was ok, it was pretty slow when we went. Like the atmosphere. My dish was filling, good portion sizes. Love their cheese bread they serve with the seasoned olive oil on the table.

We were there on a slow, summer Friday night, so there was no excuse for the poor service we received. Having to ask twice for our drinks and for butter to be delivered is once too many. The food we ordered, including chicken parmagiana, was uninspired and the most bland of Italian fare. Trading on the Eskimo Joe's name, Joseppi's is not worth a special visit.

I have been here several times, and the complimentary bread is amazing. The service is always decent and the food, despite a long wait, is always edible. I'm just not impressed. Nothing about Joseppi's goes above or beyond the call, I don't think, other than the interior decoration. It realizes that it has automatic draw with the Joe's reputation and a captive customer base on game days and that there are no real competitors in town, especially so convenient to campus. If you're in town I'd recommend it, but it's not far above average.
