The directions with Trip Advisor were not accurate so had to hunt a little. It is a cross between a traveling food coach and a fast food restaurant. The crust is thin, hand made, and tossed in front of your eyes. You pick your choice of sauce. You pick up to 5 ingredients; he is not stingy. You can bring in your own ingredients (we prefer green olives rather than black). The pizza is baked in an open oven; only takes a few minutes. There is no regular seating so we brought it home. Would rate them a 4 1/2 except I don't know how to make a half circle. We will return with our green olives. Price was $15 for a large pizza. Price is same for 1 or 5 toppings. Takes credit cards.
