We have been going for the last few years. We started the tradition with our kids and we all love it. This year we are bringing Grandma and Grandpa (my mom and dad). There is so much to do, see, look at, eat, enjoy.... the memories are priceless. We spend a few hours here. We always come prepared to eat dinner and a dessert.
There is a train ride that takes you through the story of the bible with real people as characters, animals, scenes, it is narrated inside the train, the train is heated and enough seating, full windows on both sides so no matter where you sit you get to see it all.
They have a wagon ride that takes you through a nice trail while the wagon driver reads the night before Christmas to you, it is also along the path and looks like pages from a book.
There is a carriage ride that takes you through a bit longer path, this is a paid ride, it is made for a family of no moare than maybe 6. It is the old timey carriage almost like cinderella rode in but not just a cage.
There is a cute cute cute puppet show that is great for the kids and adults. Very funny.
There is a salloon where you can catch a good band playing great Christmas favorites while sipping hot chocolate.
A carousel and a couple other rides are available. Fire pits are throughout to keep you warm. Carolers walk around the "town". The volunteers from Church on the Move are AMAZING!
A favorite in our family and we look forward to each year!
