Very interesting. Native American artifacts, etc. The building architecture was also great.

Many people don't realize what a rich wealth of history that Okmulgee has. Before Oklahoma was even a state, the Creek Indian had already made Okmulgee into a thriving center of commerce. The museum is housed in the original tribal counsel house, where many great and important decisions were made. It's a small museum, but the guide is more than happy to elaborate on the artifacts housed inside as well as give detailed historical accounts of the Creek Indian.

Truly a "must see" if you're in or around Okmulgee, Oklahoma.
