Very good hotel with friendly staff. Walking distance to all bricktown attractions and thunder games ! If you are able to reserve the rooms that have already been remodeled---- do so they are so much nicer !

I stayed there for one night during my visit to Oklahoma City. It has a good location in downtown. No good places to eat nearby. They don't provide free wifi which to me was a big turn off & unimaginable in this era. I had booked a regular room. The room itself was pretty comfortable & staff was good as well. The bell boys seemed over enthuthiastic in asking for tips. But for the price, one night stay is fine. In house food & bar pretty expensive than what its should have been otherwise.

Room Tip: Higher the floor, better I guess

I'm handicapped and requested parking close. We were pointed to a parking garage that we have to pay to park in. The only way out of the garage is through the parking and costs $2 just to drive through. We arrived late and went straight to bed. The next morning I make the beds up and find mud on 1 comforter and dried blood on the other. The fitness room has very little and the pool is outside so we can't use it because it's too cold. This hotel is very costly for nothing except location and you have to pay for any extra's including parking! The only good thing we have found is a lady named Mary who brought clean covers for the comforters. My husband is putting them on himself because we are tired of waiting for the maids. I don't recommend this place to anyone!

We had traveled from Flagstaff to Oklahoma City. and had a reservation outside of the city but decided we wanted to stay closer to stuff....So we walked 8 blocks to one hotel whom we suspect denied us a room because we had Back Packs and looked rumpled, the Next hotel was about 3 blocks away and they said there was like 3 conventions going on in the city and they referred us to the Sheraton hotel across the street. We paid $300 for a bed, a TV, and a desk there was nothing else to this room besides the Bathroom. No Microwave, No Refrigerator, No wet bar nothing...... where we come from $300 would have paid for a stocked Suite and room service. The Carpets were outdated and there was wear on the Vents. There was at least one convention that we were fully entreated to and that was girls gymnastic or cheerleading convention, there was a incredible amount 9-16 year olds running around the lobby and the halls. The hotel staff was kind of cold with us as well. We are pretty sure that they raised their prices on us because of these conventions.

Room Tip: ask about what conventions are being held and then decide If you want to stay... there are more opti...

We reserved a two queen bed room and was told at check in that we had a king. It was myself and hubby and the two kids. bed was uncomfortable. Room seemed stuffy. No fridge or microwave. There are better options downtown.

Stayed two nights. As Gold was given access to Lounge. It was a welcomed break. Second night there the hotel had warm chocolate cookies in lobby and wine/cheeses thank you for guests. Truly a nice touch.
At check in a pleasant clerk, Patricia was very prompt and helpful. This hotel gives 500 bonus points for going green.
I only had one negative, NO Momday night football as they have no ESPN

We have stayed here twice. Location is great, walking distance to bricktown and dining options. Cleanliness was so-so. Carpets in hallways are dirty and stained. There was a used chewing tobacco can in our room, it's big and should not have been missed. Rooms were both large and well laid out. The first room ended in 18 and we heard the elevators roaring all night! It was like sleeping next to a freaking roller coaster. Seriously, these rooms should not be offerred to guests paying upwards of $140 per night! Check in was hit and miss. One lady was upset because she couldn't continue to carry on her conversation with her boyfriend because we were trying to check in. He was irritated too and kept circling behind us. Breakfast had fresh fruit, kashi cereals, and made to order omelets. It was included in our rate but I don't think I'd spend $15 on it. There seem to be other options a short drive away. Would I stay here again...maybe. Definately not in a room next to the elevator!
