Avoid sleeping in the sitting room! My biggest complaint about this hotel is the lack of privacy in the front rooms. These rooms have sofa couches and are made for use as additional sleeping space. However, the large windows flanking the door to the room means light pours into the room at all hours of the night. The windows are frosted, but that does nothing to minimimze light. The hotel is older and you can tell they have updated their furnishings to be more modern, but the building just looks tired. The fridges in the room are also so small that bringing leftovers back to the room is not possible if you have more than one container. The pool was crowded and seemed enjoyable. They had a decent looking fitness center with plenty of cardio equipment. The complementary happy hour was very crowded and they only had one person serving drinks. The breakfast in the morning was excellent and had a lot of choices. I didn't encounter many staff members, but those who were around seemed pleasant. Overall it was a nice stay, but I wonder if other hotel options in the area would have been equally enjoyable without the hefty price tag.

Room Tip: Ask for a corner room to avoid the light issue in the front sitting room.

We really enjoy staying at Embassy Suite Hotels and this one did not disappoint. The complimentary hot breakfast was wonderful- hot and cooked to order omlets (yum-o), fresh pancakes and french toast. Lots of options like fruit, pastries, bread items, sausage, bacon, yogurt, etc. There were lots of tables and space to sit and eat too. The staff was attentive in the breakfast area. They talked to our kids, quickly cleared dishes, filled our glasses for us and helped us find to-go cups, etc. The atmosphere was very friendly.
The hotel was decorated nicely. They had several luggage carts we could choose from to carry our luggage up to our room and then back to our car when we checked out. The front desk was very efficient during check-in and out and when we called for more towels, they were prompt to bring them to our room. The pool was okay. We wish the shallow end had been a bit larger since we have small ones that can't venture too far in deeper waters. The fitness was very nice with 2 ellipticals, 2 treadmills, dumb bells, and weight machines. The cardio machines each had their own televisions.
The room was also modernly decorated. There was a bedroom (we had 2 queen sized beds) with a flat screen tv, small table with 2 chairs, and a sliding glass door out to a small balcony you could walk out on.
The bathroom was pretty small, but clean. The shower was nice. There was a door that you could close off from the bedroom into the living area where there was a mini fridge, microwave, sink and cabinet area. There was a comfy chair and couch that pulled out to a bed, another flat screen tv on a long table/desk. The room was quiet. Each floor had an ice and vending area and we never had to wait long for an elevator. The hotel was very busy when we were there, but that never seemed to pose any issues. Parking is free and there were lots of restaurants around. It was easy to get to other locations in Oklahoma City too.

Time for the owner to do some hotel improvements. The front desk staff treated me very nice and was helpful. The breakfast cook is a great guy but needs to slow down and cook the omelets a bit more. I was going to let that slide but he did it both times I stayed there. I did have an issues with Nats in my room one stay but they were prompt to fix it. The location is great, close to airport, restaurant and bars. I'll be back in July and again in August and September.

Stayed here for 4 nights with 2 kids. Pretty typical Embassy suites setup with the good breakfast, descent happy hour, and large rooms. As a Hilton Gold member, I always ask for extra towels on my reservation since there are 4 of us. Also, i ask for some bottles of water and a snack. Check in was easy and I asked to make sure the room would have extra towels and the items i requested and they said they would bring them right up. A few hours later nobody has come up, so i call down and a few hours later still nothing. Next day, called the front desk for extra towels and they never came. Day number 3 called again, and guess what- they never came. We had to go down to the pool area to get extra towels as our room only had towels for 2-3 people. Also, on one of the days we went down to the happy hour with our 1 and 3 year old, and the restaurant manager asked us to leave because our kids were eating their snacks down there, and there is no outside food allowed. I received a post stay survey request which i took and the general manager contacted me about the above items and offered a resolution that was above my expectation. Because if this, I would give this hotel a second shot.

I can't say enough about the staff at this hotel; everyone from housekeeping to the desk are so friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast with good, but it's the staff that made it a pleasant start to our mornings. A big thanks to Tony!

Room Tip: Accessibility room was exceptional.

Stayed at the Embassy Suites this past week and it was good. Check in was easy and quick and parking is good. The room had the trademark Embassy Suites front area living room, with the bedroom in the back room. Both areas had seperate climate control systems so we could keep one area cooler than the other. Large flat screen TV's in both areas were a good feature, The only draw back was that the bathroom was very small and hard to move around in. Breakfast was good and the staff in the breakfast are was very friendly and good.

This hotel has undergone a massive renovation and it is beautiful! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms have all been remodeled and the beds are super comfortable! The rooms all have free wi-fi, a desk area, wet bar with mini fridge and microwave, and a separate bedroom with its own desk and flat-screen tv. The front sitting room has a sofa bed, a comfy arm chair, and another flat-screen tv. There is plenty of storage and guest laundry is on the 2nd, 4th, and 6th floors. The free manager's reception has been upgraded to include crudités, hummus, and chips and dip along with cocktails and soft drinks. The free cooked to order breakfast was very hearty and delicious. I had a ham and cheese omelet, bacon, and two pancakes. It was great! The coffee was hot, fresh, and plentiful. The new lobby area is beautiful with a lovely fountain and comfortable seating. This hotel is very close to the airport and is a great place for families or people traveling on business. My family and I liked this hotel very much before the remodel but now we absolutely love it! Peaceful, relaxing, and a home away from home feel. What more could one ask for?
