“Good Location, Find Carrabas or Olive Garden and Do Yourself a Favor”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 21, 2010

After reading several of the reviews we were looking forward to expereinceing Zio's in Bricktown. We arrived about an hour before closing on a Friday night, so we may have experienced an exhausted staff....The food was just okay....the Italian Salad was a disappointment, the house dressing was not ballanced, the lettuce tasted of chemicals. The pizza was undercooked, and the spaghetti feast lacked any real seasoning.
One disturbing "event" that we saw was a 4 to 5 year old boy (apparently a employees son) going back and forth into ice bin and grabbing ice cubes. Where has his hands been?

“pretty good italian food”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 31, 2010

this place does not have the worlds best italian, but it was pretty good. It is very affordable and had super fast service. its good for a quick lunch. our appetizer was out in a matter of minutes. i would highly recommend the toasted ravioli appetizer. great place to take the family. I would consider this chain to be a step above olive garden. it is also in a very good location right in downtown bricktown on the canal. i was satisfied with my meal at zio's and would recommend it. i will return there next time i'm in town.

“Good food -- Moderately priced..”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 16, 2010

Ate at lunchtime. Restaurant was very busy but we did not have to wait. The wait staff assisted immediately and took our orders. While waiting, we were served great crusty bread with a wonderfully rich dipping sauce. I had the calzone and found it to be excellent. My husband had a spicy pasta dish and he was quite pleased. Penty of food and plenty left to bring home. Not the "average" chain food restaurant -- rates better!

“Decent food on a budget”

Basic pasta with great prices. Noisy at lunch. Certainly not the best nor the worst Italian nfood in OKC. Good for people on a budget.

“Lots of other options in Bricktown”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 15, 2009

We ate here one night (Thursday) because it appeared to be popular and have a nice setting.

The restaurant is situated along the Bricktown canal. The summer evening was pleasant, so we got a table outdoors.

The food was OK. The service took forever........The experience was not what we had hoped for, and as a result we would not eat there again. There are really so many better options in Bricktown.
