I recently visited Oklahoma CIty and a friend took me here for breakfast. It's in NW Oklahoma City and while a cab might find it, not the sort of place the average tourist will wander into. They bake their own break - they have a line of breakfasts (and entrees for later meals) with unusual combinations - the staff is friendly and the food is WONDERFUL! I had a benedict - not the traditional eggs with ham over toast but with spinach and bacon and perfectly cooked asparagus on the side - and a croissant so I could enjoy their strawberry jam (Which they also make themselves - I bought a jar to take home).
Next to the restaurant they have a shop where one can buy beautifully looking cvuts of meat, fresh breads - plan on spending money here because everything is really good, the kind of quality you miss (if you're old enough) and enjoy.
