The Redrock Canyon Grill on Lake Hefner, is one of the most amazing places, amazing because each and every one of the wait-staff know the whole menu! Besides beingf outrageous, the Food is prepared with such care and perfection, you can see why people f;lock there. Sad is that Thursday is Singles evening, too many horny men!
Back to the food, the meat, fowl and fish dishes are just too good! The side dishes compliment everything and don't get me started about the deserts!
The view of the lake gets you to thinking!

My companion and I went to dinner at Red Rock on a Tuesday night and were seated inside with no wait (approximately 7:30 p.m.). We ordered chicken and pork ribs w/ mashed potatoes for her and for myself a rib-eye steak (medium rare) w/ mashed potatoes and "Colorado sweet corn" on the cob preceded by a house (small) salad. The salad dressing was supposed to be a bleu cheese Balsamic vinaigrette, but turned out to be chunks of cream cheese accompanied by a concoction reminiscent of automobile anti-freeze. There was so much MSG on the overcooked steak as to render it barely edible and the "Colordo sweet corn" appeared to be the twin of regular roasting ears from Wal-Mart prepared by overly boiling it in sugar water.

Mediocre food aside, the evening could have been swept aside as just another poor night in the kitchen if it had not been for the appalling, rude, and bellicose actions of the manager. Needless to say, the Red Rock is not on our "visit again" list.

This place is well worth the visit. Everything is well above average, most especially the overall value. Nachos appetizer was exceptional. Prime rib amazing. Salads scrumptious. Everyone happy, friendly, and helpful. If you are eating out in OKC, this is a very good choice.

We met 2 other couples for dinner at Redrock. The view and atmosphere was outstanding overlooking the lake and the food and service was great! Definitely recommend this restaurant for a relaxing evening.

My wife and I went here for our anniversary. We loved it. She was apprehensive at first, but I persisted, and we loved it. We went on a Saturday night. They were fairly busy as we had to wait for about 40 minutes. But they take your cell phone number and text you when your table is ready. You have 5 minutes to report to the hostess table. That enabled us to take a nice stroll along the lake side. The weather was wonderful if not a bit cool. The sunset was gorgeous. We then got a couple of chairs on their deck and just enjoyed the evening.

As to the service...it was top notch. We didn't have one complaint about the service. In fact, every employee that passed seemed to ask if we needed anything. All of them seemed to chip in with every table. Our waiter was super.

As to the food...we started with a skillet of their signature cornbread. It was great. I love cornbread and I loved theirs. We then had the house salad with their house salad. It was delicious. It had a great mixture of a sweet but hot flavor. It was a great juxtaposition of flavors. For our main course, we had the mustard crusted grilled bone in pork chops. They were awesome. We loved every bite. It was great. It really was. Probably the best pork chops I have ever had.

The price was reasonable considering the quality of the food, the service and the location. We were impressed. And we will be back.
