The menu at Flint is "interactive" according to the host. A bit of a stretch to call it that, although human manipulation is required to turn the page. The starters are eclectic and appropriately-sized. The entrees are of the perfect portion size as well. Entrees are excellent, with equally great wine pairings. Comment: the ambiance music was noisy, odd and unlikable.
