We made or reservations through Hotwire so I did not know what to expect. We went to Bricktown to look for the hotel and discovered that it was not actually in Bricktown. I was a little concern when we arrived after dark and drove through the industrial part of the city. A vagrant came up to our widow at the intersection where the Hotel is located. That made us leary. However, when we entered the lobby they assured us of complete security on the grounds and entrance in the building required a key. After checking in we felt like that was true. The staff at the counter were very friendly and very helpful. They told us about the shuttle to Bricktown, which we did not use, but we thought that was great. I have to say for the price it was worth it. It was listed as a 3 star hotel on Hotwire which it could be if you compare it to Holiday Inn and not Doubletree. It is as nice as any Holiday Inn and maybe better.

Thank you for your most generous comments about your recent stay at the Bricktown Hotel. I'm delighted to know that our team made a difference and participated in the success of your stay.
We regret that a panhandler at the intersection approached your car. It is not a problem we encounter very often and apologize for this. We sometimes wish we could do more to help the homeless in their unfortunate situation. We never have any problems with them on our property and we do have security on site for the convenience of our Guests.
We are pleased to know that our valued Guests enjoy the convenience of having a Shuttle available to take them to any Bricktown destination door to door at no additional charge. Many Guests really like to be able to get chauffeured after a night out on the town without having to worry about driving.

We actually happened upon to the Bricktown Hotel, oddly named since it's not actually in Bricktown. They were currently under construction when we wer there, but you could tell they were aiming for a change. They have a Hummer that will run you out to Bricktown, which was really nice touch. The next morning we were looking for something to do early before we headed home and the front desk was very helpfull. Giving us descriptions of serveral things to do and great directions. We will for sure stay again if ever in the city!

My stay was great, had no problems with most of the staff except for one - the guest services manager, who I found very unprofessional and unappropriate towards the males in our group.

It is always a pleasure to read our Guest's comments addressed to Trip Advisor regarding the Guest's stay and experience a the Bricktown Hotel & Convention Center. We welcome these comments whether they are positive or, as in some cases, not so positive. We take them all to heart.
We are extremely pleased that you enjoyed your stay with us and we are very proud to have the friendliest and most professional team members in the city. Sometimes our friendliness may be taken in an unintentional way, and I apologize for this. Thank you again and we hope to see you soon.

My band and I just returned from a weekend at the Bricktown Hotel in Oklahoma City. We were playing music for another band member's wedding and they set us up for one night in the hotel. The rooms were positively perfect for us and had plenty of space for all of our equipment and people. I had to check out late because of some last-minute scheduling changes, but the receptionist at the front desk was extremely accommodating, allowing me plenty of time to pack up the room. All in all, it was an extremely positive experience.

We booked this Hotel online and upon arriving we were greeted with the happiest Oklahoma smile. I was in town for a convention. The lobby is really nice and the rooms are of exceptional quality. They are renovating most of the rooms, but it didn’t affect our stay in any way. The pool was refreshing considering it was 100 Degrees outside. What most stood out is the staff. They must have been paid well or something, because everyone was just plain happy to see me….maybe it was my cologne. The shuttle took us right to our Restaurant in Bricktown and picked us up. The area is an up and coming area and they are building some sort of Native Museum across the street which looks pretty amazing. I would say that this is a great find for the price and the extremely short distance to Bricktown Downtown. Thank you for the hospitality.
