Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here - incredible value... it's been a long travel year and I'm jaded to say the least... what a pleasant surprise to end a very hectic year with an excellent breakfast before a long day of high stress meetings.... decor is a bit dated and the plastic flowers were abundant... but an attentive staff, large room and excellent in-hotel kitchen more than made up for it - highly recommend.

Room Tip: rooms ending in 10-15 are on the elevator side of the building where you're facing an industrial complex - ask for rooms by the other elevator

The staff made the check in easy including the valet parking. The lobby is so gorgeous and since it was during the Christmas season they had a wonderful display of Gingerbread Houses. The rooms were large and we really enjoyed having the 1.5 bathrooms especially when getting ready the next morning. We also had a balcony which was great to look out at early morning with a cup of coffee. We will definitely stay there next time. It was much less than where we stayed last year and much larger and nicer.

It's no surprise that I like Renaissance Hotels. They are a welcome break to the typical Marriott experience (which isn't bad in itself) and this one is a case in point.
This hotel sports 15 stories and a nice atrium that reminds me of the Marriott Marquis Atlanta - but scaled down by more than a third. The Club Lounge is comfortable and of adequate size. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the rooms are as well.
This hotel is convenient to BrickTown and all the restaraunts and entertainment offered there. (If you are REALLY hungry, try Toby Keith's). It is also only a few blocks from the site of the OCK Federal Building memorial.
Be aware that there is a ton of street construction going on right now (Dec 2011), so be prepared to dodge a few potholes. Nice hotel!

Room Tip: If you are sensitive about rail noise, ask for a room on the Western exposure. I actually *like* hearing trains - they don't bother me - and the eastern exposure overlooks the AmTrak station and provides a nice view of BrickTown.

Easy check in. Nice big rooms. Went to a gala at the Cox Convention Center across the street. Very easy access by crossing the skybridge connecting the hotel to the Cox CC. Very nice lounge and restaurant. Very good room rate at $129 on the weekend. Very good room service and prices. Downtown Oklahoma City is doing a lot of work construction and road work so it's a little hard to drive but should be finished soon. The hotel location is within walking distance one block to many restaurants and nightlife at Bricktown. You can even take a horse drawn carriage of you wish. One block from the Chesapeake Arena where the NHL Oklahoma City Thunder play. This area is very safe. Can't go wrong with this hotel when visiting downtown Oklahoma City.

We stayed at this hotel for an anniversary getaway. We stayed in a king suite, which is a spacious two room suite with 1.5 baths and a balcony. The hotel offers complimentary limo service, and has a coffee shop and spa. The front desk staff sent an anniversary card and a complimentary fruit and cheese tray to our room. We were provided with excellent customer service during our stay from the entire hotel staff. We will definitely be back.
