There are no Chick-fil-A's in my area. I have heard about Chick-fil-A from many people who swear it is awesome. While keeping in mind that it is still fast food (and fried), it WAS awesome. I knew that walking into the restaurant, however, and had I wanted something healthier, I would have made a different choice.

The 2-piece kid's meal with a milk was just perfect.

Luv there chicken sandwich, they have a special way of cooking it to keep the fat saturation and calories down. My favorite is the egg cheese adn chicken biscuit in the morning.

It's not really frtied, but baked or something, there secret. But if you look at the calorie count, you will be pleasantly surpriised. There sides, fruit, special fries, are all good. The king of chicken without all the fat!

We eat at the Yukon location several times a year. This is one fast food restaurant where the staff seems like they want to be there. The chicken sandwiches are tasty and tender. My daughter loves their chicken strips.

Positives: Excellent customer experience
Negatives: congested high-traffic area

On the whole, Chick-fil-a restaurants enjoy a well-deserved reputation for tasty food, excellent service, and great value. The store on I-240 in Oklahoma City is a great example of why this brand is so well-regarded.

We visit here at least once a week, and have always received exactly what we ordered exactly as we asked it to be prepared. Food is delivered with friendly courtesy. Employees exhibit a pleasant demeanor regardless of time of day. This evening, for instance, I walked into the dining room a few minutes before it closed, and was treated as nicely as I have been during the middle of the day.

Too bad this level of service is not evident at more eating establishments!

Additionally, staff members and the facility are always neat and clean. Employees survey the dining area frequently and are quick to clean tables after customers leave.

Like most Chick-fil-a stores, this location is very busy during mealtimes. Drive-through customers often wrap around the building. Parking along the side of the building is limited...most spaces are behind.

The biggest downside to this store is its location. It's on the corner of WP "Bill" Anderson Drive and the south I-240 frontage road. The Western Avenue off-ramp flows into this intersection. Both the ramp and frontage road curve as they near the store. Vehicles are usually moving quickly and are sometimes difficult to see due to the curvature.

Rather than brave the oncoming traffic, we usually enter through the "back entrance" using Straka Terrace and WP "Bill" Anderson Drive. (Consult a map for specifics.)

We strongly recommend this restaurant. The customer experience and food make braving the traffic worthwhile. Just watch carefully when exiting to the frontage road, or plan your trip so you can enter on back streets.

First, a big kudos to Chick-fil-A for offering a healthier fast-food option compared to the standard McDonald’s burger meals found throughout the world. This is a great change of pace to the basic and expected unhealthy fast-food option you can find on every street corner the globe around.

Second, a big thumbs up to Chick-fil-A for sticking to their principles and not being open on Sunday. This is a rare example of an American company that really seems to make an effort at responsible business practice as well as attempting to cater to employee needs by not making staff work on Sundays. You just don’t see this sort of thing very often.

Now to the good part, in addition to apparent business ethics practiced by Chick-fil-A, it must be noted as well that their food is actually quite good and nice value for money. During trips to the States, we always enjoy making a stop at a Chick-fil-A branches when we can find one.

We were in the Oklahoma City area recently and stopped by the Chick-fil-A on Memorial Road and Penn, near Quail Springs Mall. We ordered the meal number 4 – spicy chicken biscuit (US$4.75) that was very good, came with the chick-fil-a box of tiny hash browns (good). Coffee is not great on its own but no worse that what you get at fast food restaurants. Overall, a great breakfast (rating 4.25 of 5). We also ordered the meal number 3 - bacon, egg and cheese (US$4.39) that was very good – biscuit bun was soft, fluffy and just great, making this a great breakfast sandwich (rating 3.75 of 5).

We also like the inside of Chick-fil-A at this Oklahoma City branch. The seating area had nice, pleasant tables, friendly staff and just felt like a very nice place to take a morning breakfast.

Overall, this was a very good stop at this Chick-fil-A branch, reaffirming our high approval of this business and our belief that this is one of the very best fast-food options anywhere. We would gladly make regular stops here if Chick-fil-A opened a branch in Hong Kong.
