Very interesting museum, and unlike anything I have seen. The exhibits are very well laid out, and a lot of thought has gone into the grouping as well the poses of the animals, the king cobra and rattle snake look ready to strike through the glass, even though all you see are the skeletons of the snakes. The humming birds and the nest was a favorite of mine.It is not only educational, I learnt a lot, but there are also some great touches of humor here and there. It is something you could easily spend a lot of time wandering though, especially looking at the differences in the different species that are related, and in the differences in the male and female though the bones. I liked it a lot and I learnt a lot as well. . I could see how a child or student visiting here would get interested in forensic anthropology or biology or any related subject.

I took a special needs group of adults to OKC for 3 days and this was a great addition. They were mesmerized by all the different skeletons from the normal everyday cat to the wildest of animals. Dont miss this place....it is awesome.

“What a cool place!”

I went with friends and had a great time. We loved checking out the exhibits, then spent a good amount of time in the gift shop deciding what to bring home. I really need to take my nephews out to this place.
