Liberal Slots and an overall fun place to go. I play here about 3 times a month and have had fun every time I go. The only complaint I have here is their lack of a good place to eat at 3:00am. A large Casino like this should have a 24hr sit down restaurant like Denny’s or IHop inside. The Burger King was terrible and the wait for food was way too long. I tried their buffet and for the price is way over priced for what they have to select from. If you get a chance to go, try to eat beforehand so you won’t be disappointed.

Husband and I were in OKC for the Memorial Marathon and saw a promo for Riverwind; earn 20 points, get $20 matchplay. Everywhere else in Oklahoma that means play $20, get $20. NOT HERE. I spent $56 and received FOUR points, husband spent $105 and had SEVEN points. A trip to the players club was not fruitful. The attendant said each machine awards points differently and we were probably playing progressives which don't award many points. NOT! We told her we were strictly penny slot players. She just shrugged and said that was all she could say.
Dear Riverwind: Advertise honestly. Say spend $200 (or whatever it is) and get $20. This way your customer knows up front what the level of committment is and whether they want to participate. There are WAY too many other indian casinos in OK to waste time on this facility that is if not dishonest then Very misleading. There is an old adage that says a happy customer will tell one or two people about their experience and an unhappy one will tell one hundred. We will not return.

SMOKEY!!!!!and didn't see anyone winning a thing. I'm not a fan of these kind of casinos anyway, but son wanted to go for awhile. I gave him $100, he was done in 30 minutes!

This is a great casino for OK and they have many good concerts too. The service for the gambling guests is pretty much non-existent and be prepared to pay for alcohol, this isn't Vegas. Soft drinks are complimentary, but even if you give a nice tip, don't expect to see the waitress again. Get a frequent players card to win free play and hotel stays. Use the valet-its free and the parking is horrendous. It is a fun time, they just need to hire more help and expand the parking lot

I have played slots at Riverwind and at Newcastle Casino over the last two years and I have learned that both of these casinos seem to be able to totally control their payouts at any time with the click of a mouse. at times you hear bells going off everywhere and then all of a sudden the entire place becomes silent and you never hear the bells again. It happens at Riverwind and at Newcastle Casino. If they can turn the machines on and turn them off at will then they shouldn't call it gambling because it isn't a gamble for them. If the bells stop ringing get up and run away as fast as you can. Nothing in the casino will hit at all during that time. They turn them on for an hour or two and then turn them off for the rest of the day to recoup the money that they lost. That is what happens when the Chickasaw Tribe regulates their own casinos.
