“Used to love this restaurant”
Reviewed September 4, 2012

I used to love this restaurant but since it merged with the Mexican restaurant a couple of doors down, it has lost its appeal. New place is too noisy and the ambiance has changed too much for me to enjoy it. They do make good quiche, though.

“New and improved”
Reviewed August 16, 2012 via mobile

Pink Elephant was unimpressive when solo. They joined up with Tres and are vastly improved.
Tres is the driving force here. While pinl elephant was capable of putting together a sandwich or adding berries to a salad, Tres produces meals. The New Mexican cuisine is the best in town. The Tapas remind me of being in Spain.
Tres is the saving grace in the melding of these two restaurants.

“Could Do Better”
Reviewed June 25, 2012

There weren't very many options for vegetarians. However, my friend ordered the pulled pork sandwich and she enjoyed it very much. My sandwich was mediocre and the guacamole was bland. The hostess was the best part of the experience- she was fun and very entertaining! I do like the new location- two doors down from the old locale.

“A unique place in Norman”
Reviewed May 29, 2012

I went to Pink Elephant with several friends in July 2011 for supper. Pink Elephant seeks to appeal to the slower, organic foods movement, and some people might consider it somewhat "hipster." Nonetheless, the service was efficient. The food was prepared using fresh ingredients and offered interesting, eclectic flavors. One gripe about the food is that portion sizes are decidedly on the small side. The interior is tastefully decorated. Pricing is average for Norman. Overall, I recommend it.
