Great atmosphere, pre game extravaganza, like Mardi Gras almost. Tents, people come the night before and hang out, a sea of red as far as you can see all around the stadium. The when game time starts, they have the Sooner Pre-game video of current Sooner and former Sooner Greats!. Also new football intro video each year. Tons of FUn, waiting line a mile long for season tickets, so that ought to tell you sometehing.

One of the special places in college football. OU has upgrade the food selections of the last decade...still pricey though.

I used to enjoy going to the football games, but since 9/11/01 the security is intrusive and it is no longer a pleasure. You are not permitted any comfort items including water. It seems like a scheme to sell their own seat backs and food. Let me tickets go after 40 years.

This is a historic venue. It doesnt matter if you like OU or not. This venue has history.
The surface used to be Tartanturf. That got replaced some years ago with grass. There used to be raquetball courts here as well. That area is now office space.

It was a very emotional place like the twin towers in NY it made me realize how fragile is life and very sad for all the children lost in the building, it is a very peaceful place that makes you realize or think to take good care of you loved ones all the time and to appreciate every second you have with them
