“Poor service lets down Primo's at Midwest City”
Reviewed November 18, 2013

Like many other reviewers we walked across from our hotel expecting a good experience. It was Halloween and therefore very quiet with few other diners which made the dreadful service even more inexcusable. The order taking and delivery of food was slightly chaotic with a (simple) request of glasses to go with the beer apparently causing confusion. Later the glass of awful domestic Sauvignon Blanc served with my entree was an insult to the Washington vineyards and it went straight back. It was refunded without question but at no stage did any senior staff member ask what was going wrong. Poor customer service is usually the result of poor management and before castigating any waitresses Primo's management might want to read their training manuals themselves. As to the food, it was probably quite good but all we remembered was the hopeless service.

“Great Restaurant Experience”
Reviewed September 29, 2013

This restaurant was a short walk from our Comfort Inn motel. We were seated immediately and served drinks. I had lasagna and my wife had the small prime rib. Both were done as we expected and the portions were at least as much as expected. The bread with vinegar and oil was excellent. Our meals topped off a great day in Oklahoma.

“Nice atmosphere”
Reviewed August 18, 2013 via mobile

Surprised to see during our trip. Located right beside our hotel, Hampton Inn. Walked in and was immediately taken to our table. Very nice setting. Quiet, decorated nicely. Our waitress was at our table very quickly and served us our bread with oil & balsamic vinegar. She took our drink order and was back soon to ask if we were ready to order. We ordered and our drinks came quickly. Bartender does not know how to make a Long Island Ice Tea. The food was delivered and my dinner was hot and very good. I had the Roman pasta with Italian sausage and chicken. My wife had the shrimp scampi and she said hers was just warm. Overall it was a pleasant experience and we would return if we are ever in the area again.

Very convent to Hampton, Sheridan, and other hotels at exit 156 off of I40. Walkable from the hotels. Generous portions and good food. Great value for the money.

“A Nice Surprise for a business meal.”
Reviewed August 17, 2013

We walked over from the Hampton Inn as this was the only place nearby. We did not expect much but just wanted a quick meal. This place is nice and the people were welcoming. It had a nice bar area and a very proper sitting area with tables and booths. The service was quick and correct. The menu was diverse and the food and wine very good. We recommended Primo's to fellow lodgers who inquired.
