“Couldn't be better!”

We had the best stay at this Holiday Inn. The rooms were great and the breakfast was just right. But the best part was the staff that went out of their way to make our stay just perfect. Katie and Tasha were two of the most professional and accommodating hotel employees I have ever seen. If you are passing through Miami, Oklahoma, do yourself and favor and stay here.

We stayed here on our way back home and were very satisfied with the stay! The hotel is fairly new and quite comfortable. The rooms were sized nicely, equipped quite nicely and clean, of course, being relatively new. The bed was comfortable and the shower was fine. The staff were all quite friendly, also, and overall I would come back for another stay. I recommend it to you, also.

We drove to a motel in grove for a dog show only to find out they had given away our room!! We spent most of the night calling motels and driving to the ones who didn't answer the phone. They were either booked up, didn't allow dogs or wanted an outrageous price. We saw the holiday inn and went in to inquire. They had a room, allowed our dogs for a small fee and were very accommodating! The rooms were very clean, staff very friendly and it was a great location right of the highway.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room had a king bed(which was wonderful!) with a chair and ottoman, desk, refrigerator ( the thermostat nob was missing), and microwave. The room seemed clean until I went into the bathroom. It appeared that the floor had spots and footprints on it. We notified the front desk and they offered to change rooms. Since it was so late we just asked for some bathmats to cover the floor and they said they would take care of it while we were gone. When we returned, there was a note that they had bleached the floor, spots were still there so we decided it must have been in the tile finish. We appreciated their extra effort. Their breakfast was way better than most Holiday Inn Expresses. They had ham, eggs, biscuits and gravy(with real sausage),with all the other usual things. I would definitely go back.

We recently wanted to get out of town and go to the casino so we decided to stay in Miami, OK.
We have always had good experiences with HI so and the reviews of this one showed well.

So, off we went to Miami.
This hotel is great. Very clean and very nice. When we got there, I asked for a room on the first floor. She at first told me that the only thing left on the first floor was king rooms. I told her that a king is what we had reserved. She looked and again and agreed. Then moved us to a ground floor room.
The room was very nice. The shower was awesome. The bed was super comfortable with lovely, fluffy pillows.
We went for breakfast the next morning and it was all nicely arranged.
My husband is on medication that makes him hot and so we called to the front desk and asked if they had a fan that we could borrow through the night. They looked all over to try and find one and then called us back telling us that they couldn't find one but offered to go and purchase one so that it would be available.
We told them that was not necessary and thanked them for trying so hard.

The last morning we were there, they had no yogurt when we went for breakfast at 8:30. The coffee was empty and most of the bagels and breads were gone. The room wasn't that busy so I don't know if they just ran out or someone was lacking. But, no problem. I just grabbed one of the 3 bananas and a glass of juice and called it good.

One thing I would have to say is that they should offer more fruits and yogurts. Not everyone likes biscuits and donuts.

The ladies at the front desk were so very helpful and so friendly. They baked cookies in the evening.
they greeted us each time we came in as if we were regulars.

We liked the hotel and would stay there again.

Had gotten a suit with a hot tub in the room. My husband and myself were in the hot tub "snuggling" and apparently there was a leak below us. We looked up and there stood the maintance mam, and the front desk lady....just standing there watching. And when we reacted they just left the room no appology, no discount. I felt extremly violated!!!!!!*

We stayed in this place at the end of last year. The room was lovely and big and the beds were so comfy which was really needed after a long day driving. It felt like sleeping on a cloud! Breakfast was very filling and set us up for the days drive ahead. it would have been nice to have had a small fridge in the room to keep drinks cool as it was very hot outside. The staff were friendly and made it a pleasant stay.
