This hotel was good for an over-night stay for our family on a recent road trip. The room was on the large side. A huge bonus is the beds and bedding are brand new...soooo comfy. There were a few cosmetic issues with the room...all minor but an irritant that they were not attended to. A handle was missing on a dresser drawer, tile chipped on bath floor (large area), chrome shelf above clothes hanger wrack was bent and the bathroom floor could have been cleaner in the corners. We reported these to the front desk when we discovered them so we would not be accused of the damages and were told that "the owner is out of town to India at the present." The door 'drug' on the carpeting, but I was pleased with that as no air gaps or places for bugs to come in. In other hotels I've experienced the opposite which is most irritating. The breakfast was stark but (barley) adequate and is held in the tiny lobby with hardly any seating. Hotel was mostly empty in cold January so the seating was not an issue for us. No trays available to carry food back to ones' room. The stay was a good value for the money paid. Location is good...right on the main drag but far enough back from the road to avoid 'road noise.' Many restaurants to choose from nearby. I would stay here again for a one night over-night stay.
