If they took credit cards, they would be perfect.
One: They only take cash. If you don't bring it with you, don't entertain going there.
Two: While they do have a counter where you can sit, there are not many tables. If you come during peak lunch, you will have to wait or get it to go.
Three: Pepsi products (I am not a fan of pepsi, but this is not relevant to the restaurant other than if you are a faithful CocaCola person, you have been warned)
Four: The burgers! The grilled onion burger is common to El Reno. There are at least three in the El Reno area alone. But if you want the best, go to Sids.
They take a ball of beef and smash it onto their seasoned grill. Smother it with raw white onions, flip it, and let the onion flavor saturate the beef as it cooks. On a couple of occasions, the patty is smashed too thin and some of the flavorful juices are drained out leaving a dry burger, but those are rare occasions. If you want more, they combine beefballs into a single large patty that hangs over the sides of the buns.
I prefer mine with cheese and bacon. The bacon is freshly cooked while your burger is cooking.....no precooked bacon.
The service is great and the food is too.
