This place is not what it is cracked up to be. Sure it is a nice restaurant, but the steak, being this is a steak house was not that great, I prefer a steak better than what we can cook at home and this was not the place to go.

Wait staff did a good job. White wine was very cold (as we like it). Bread for the table could have been hotter. Our steaks were good and made true to our orders. The bananas foster and another ice cream based desert were both very good. Prices were about what you'd expect. Doesn't compare to the best in the country but does compare favorable to the best in OKC. Only complaint is that there was a table of four that were very loud and boisterous. We noticed two other tables looking in their direction and would have appreciated management asking them to tone it down.

I have eaten all around the world at all kinds of steak houses. This one is a consistent favorite for us and in our opinion wins hands down against simular places nationwide. When you go you really need to order the steak. This is Oklahoma, not Miami. They know their beef. Side dishes are very large so order to split and deserts are good. Weakest link is the wine list. Don't get me wrong, they have a great list with great selections but only a few bottles of each so that in a group when you go back to order another bottle of the one you just had and really liked you may find that you just had the last bottle. They do pair with a local wine shop to do wine tasting dinners that are exceptional values and the first Sunday of every month there is a price fixed meal with wine that is a great deal. Many of those meals are not on the standard menu. They have been excellent and you can get on their e-mail list for a notice of these events. I would also be remiss not to mention the Martini lounge which is connected. Certain evenings they have a great selection of free appetizers when you buy a drink. That is the best deal in all of the metro.

If you have ever been to a nice steakhouse you will be extremely disappointed. Lobster bisque with one small piece of lobster was very heavy on the tomato base side. Steak was star, very delicious. Crab cakes full of breading and some of the worst I have ever had. Creamed spinach was an utter disaster, was not made from fresh spinach. Server very kind but not attentive, extremely slow. Do not mind spending money for good food and service, but Boulevard does not deliver-will not return.

Our dinner was perfect from appetizer to dessert. Ruth makes a mean martini and our crab cakes were the perfect amount to split and a great way to start our meal. Our steak was perfect and the extensive wine list was not out of our price range.
