First time last weekend at the Choctaw Casino. We are regulars in Vegas but had never been to it. Went to see Alan Jackson in concert. Rooms very nice, but very pricey for $300 per night. Food everywhere was good, people very friendly. We did not like the venu for Jackson, the seating is floor seating with folding chairs; which, if I had known, would NEVER have gotten tickets for. Short show for the money but Alan was awesome, of course! Even though country fans are much nicer and did not stand up the entire time it was still too hard to see. Even though most everything was favorable why will I never be back?? I am a non smoker and it was the smokiest, stinkiest casino I have ever been in. Could hardly wait to get home to wash all of our clothes. I can still smell the stink. So...all you smokers can enjoy the overpriced rooms all you want, we will stay home. BTW, my husband's iphone was stolen off of him while he gambled and a fellow employee he works with had his laptop stolen out of his room while he was gambling last time. Hotel told him it was his problem since he "left valuables in the room". See a pattern there?
