In town to see a concert, area was well appointed, outside there were some challenges with parking because they are expanding. Service was great, concert was wonderful not a bad seat in the house. Venue was half moon shape well appointed. sound system was above average. I would recommend this venue for and concert you not be disappointed.

We were in town for a friend's wedding and stayed here. The staff was very professional, efficient and nice. We were able to lay by the pool and it was nice on Friday, but way too small for the public crowd they let in on Saturdays. Our room was… extremely comfortable. The restaurant was very good. One slight problem, we had booked and paid through a travel company and gave a credit card on arrival for incidentals. They charged our card for the room, however when I called, the person I spoke with was super-friendly and took care of it immediately. We would definitely stay here again.

Our room would have been very nice if it hadn't been so dirty. We had a suite. Apparently a smoking one. I did not realize that prior or I wouldn't have chosen it. Even though we did not smoke the room smelled terrible. I woke up in the middle of the night with sore throat, swollen eyes, and stuffy nose. The suite was also poorly maintained. Burn holes and stains on the carpet, dried urine and hair on the toilet, the shower heads were gunked up from hard water and one spout barely put out any water, and there was hair and crusted on gunk in/on the tub. The jets also had water stains on them. I was very disappointed that we had chosen the suite for a romantic getaway and were not able to enjoy our stay. We ended up checking out early we were so uncomfortable.

The Hotel is nice, however, MOST people go to a CASINO to enjoy the gaming...This is NOT the place to do that...unless you simply want to DONATE your money to this place. The Slots absolutely SUCK....you feel like you have been robbed after leaving this place, most likely broke. The ONLY slots that may give you something back are the slots over 5.oo but then you have to have a HUGE bankroll to play them, don't expect to ever win at this place...you'd be better off just handing them your money at the door and leaving. Absolutely RIP-OFF...DO NOT GO HERE.

Room Tip: Do NOT go here to Gamble. The rooms are nice, but obviously because they have ripped off so many gam...

Rooms were a very good value. They were very nice, get an executive suite if you can. Food was good, and the bars throughout the casino are all fun and very cool......room service burger wasnt bad either.

Room Tip: get the executive suite in the hard rock tower if you can....very sweet.

Loved everything about this hotel. Rooms are modern decor with comfy beds and a large bathroom. Friendly staff, fitness center and pool amenities, various restaurant options, and of course the fabulous casino! Conveniently located off I-44. Price is less than you'd expect for all this. I will definitely be back!

Like most of the Indian Casinos they can allow smoking because the Casino land is ''sacred ground'' (How Convenient!!) but come on!!! this is 2012 if you want people to gamble you have to accomodate ALL people...There is a ''non-smoking'' section but it is right next to a bar that allows smoking...!!!

If you don't smoke you don't want to gamble here.

Basically the moment you walk in to the front door you will smell smoke. I will say the room floors are ok smoke wise but all public spaces are smokey.

The front desk staff are clueless on many issues they don't seem to have had any training. The car valet's and the staff at the Golf course adjoining the property (Cherokee Golf Course) were really good.

The Buffet food is mediocre at best, especially the breakfast buffet that really sucked. Very few choices and the staff are all almost 100 years old and are brain dead.

Toby Keith Restaurant was really good, great staff, great food, fair prices. They give any Military personnel a free meal.

Magill's on 19 is not up to the reviews we read. $12 Lobster Mac and Cheese was tasteless, the Steak Diane had so much Worcestershire sauce it was overpowering and there didn't seem to be any cream in the sauce.

Even the Roquefort dressing on the salad had no taste..

If I had to do it over again I would have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express across the street. Stayed there one night on the trip north and it was great!!

Basically if you are cigarette smoking zombie that wants to sit in front of a slot machine for hours at a time this is the place for you.

Room Tip: Definitely get a no smoking room!!
