Stayed at this cottage last year for a few days, was so impressed with the cottage and the owner that we booked it again this year, everything you could ask for and need is there, location couldnt be better. Will definitely be staying again next year,
Great location for traveling anywhere in Southern Wales, a well equipped and comfortable cottage near shops with easy access to main roads to north, south, east and west. One can see the Brecon Beacons from the front terrace and across the valley to Aberfan about a 10 minute drive to Merthyr Tydfil. On street parking can be a bit tight.

We had a lovely four night stay in this homely, well located cottage.
All the little touches like personal messages, fresh flowers and welcome pack made it all the more welcoming.
We brought our puppy, Poppy, who is only 15 months old and so this was her first stay away from home. She settled instantly which is just another indication as to how homely this cottage is.
Jane was so helpful all the way through, and answered any questions we had no matter how small.
I really cannot praise this cottage highly enough.
Thank you Jane.
We had a lovely stay at Bwthyn Pen y Fan - a delightful, comfortable cottage. We received a warm welcome from Jane on arrival and the shortbread, tea and wine were a lovely touch, even treats for the dog The cottage is quaint, and equipped with everything you need. Our little dog Rags enjoyed his stay too. Thank you Jane.
