My wife and I recently stayed at the Hochatown Country Lodge, very clean and comfortable, rooms were spacious.
We had some upstairs neighbors that were rather noisy until about 11:00pm, but that's one of the vagaries of travel and not a reflection on the lodge.
We left our travel pillows by accident and the lodge owners said they would hold them for us for a few weeks so I could recover them on my next trip through the area.
The one thing that kicks this lodge up a notch in my rating is that I received a personal phone call from the manager to explain some issues I had regarding the pet fee. In this day and age it is most unusual for a hotel manager to take the time to personally contact one of their guests to iron out any problems or issues. This indicates to me that they really care about their lodge and their guests. Kudos to you Hochatown Country Lodge, and thanks for caring for my coveted pillows.More
