We rented the Bear Hug cabin for a family getaway for a few days. The cabin was clean and had a great supply of items for use such as pots, pans, crockpot, dishes, etc. The hot tub was very clean and worked great.

We had a small issue when we first arrived and we called the office after hours and Janet promptly came to our cabin and resolved our issue.

The only issue I had was that the Wi-Fi here did not always work. It would start and stop constantly. Not an overly huge deal, but for us as business owners, it would be nice so that we can be connected.

Overall, a nice stay and great, attentive staff.

My wife and I and another couple very much enjoyed our time at the 4R Escape cabin and would recommend it to anyone looking for comfortable surroundings, quality accomodations. Janet has done a great job of thinking of everything you would need to make it feel like a place you want to be. The kitchen is decked out with all the small appliances you can think of, the grill is gassed up and ready to cook, the deck is large and has plenty of seating, and the hot tub is ready to enjoy.
We will be back. You should consider it a great option. www.beaversbendlodging.com.
If other cabins listed are like this one, they will be great too! The lake is pretty close (need to drive to it) and other attactions are there including some trials to hike.

We're back again for what is turning out to be an annual trip to the cabins in Broken Bow, Oklahoma. This time we stayed at the Northern Exposure cabin. This place is GIGANTIC! It had everything: 3 bedrooms with a fourth small bed in the master bedroom, gas fireplace that was very warm, a dining table and a *huge* island bar, hot tub, gas grill and a deck that goes all the way around the house. I'm already ready to go back!

If you love nature this is where you need to be. I have stayed here several times, and can't wait to go back. I have checked out different cabins each time, and every one of them make you feel right at home! There are new adventures every day: horse back riding, four wheeling, hiking, sight seeing, and much much more.

Our stay was pretty much what we thought it would be. We had all the amenities but with the woodsy feel to it. We had a nice fire pit, BBQ grill and hot tub out back along with a length-wide deck, a nice kitchen complete (every utensil that we needed was there) with a bar to eat at, two nice bedrooms, another dining area and a living area complete with a fireplace. This particular cabin provided problem-free wireless internet access. The GPS coordinates for this particular cabin are 34.140928, -94.749892. Not that it was a problem with us, but short of making the beds, you are expected to pretty much leave the cabin in the same condition that you found it in. If that's not your thing then you might be better off at a hotel.

The State Park up the road is nice but it was winter time and not much was going on at the lake. There were some nice trails and a train ride and/or horseback rides available.
