I decided to take my clients to this establishment. When we got there, the newly trained and over worked waitress was crying (should have taken it as a bad sign) but we went in anyways. They moved us three times. because the first table was "reserved for VIP guest" . Then we decided to leave after having waited for service for 25 minutes. This was my second and last time i went there. Same story of bad service plus add greasy & cheesy food on top of that (for them to think all people have cheap & unevolved pellet, "every American needs cheese on their food to be happy" is distasteful & simply bad business practice.)
All in all, you will get better service at a local fast food joint.
To owners of this establishment: fire all of your managers and start new, preferably with a completely new name.
