“Small displays from terrible company”

Phillips Petroleum Company Museum

Phillips is a terrible company that likes to be king in a one horse town. They treat employees poorly and discourage growth and competition. The 'museum' is a small area with some information but not worth stopping by.

I thought it was an excellent piece of history & enjoyed learning more about the founder of Phillips Petroleum.

Clean, modern, organized. But if you're not into corporate history move on by.

The Phillips Petroleum Company Museum tells a wonderful story of the history of Frank Phillips and the company he built into a Fortune 500 Company, Phillips Petroleum Company, now ConocoPhillips. The museum is laid out such that a visitor is lead through the company history from the early discovery well days up through take over threats and into the modern thriving petroleum company it is today. Learn about all of the special discoveries along the way through well designed displays and video presentation. Well worth a few hours of time in the heart of downtown Bartlesville, OK, where it all began.
