Weasel Boy offers 1 star service for 4-5 star beer. Honestly their customer service is horrible, but their beer is great. We are locals spending over $200 a month here and decided to stop going for a year due to the horrible service, it's that bad. Jack is one of the only good and competent bartenders, all other servers including the owners should not deal with the public. We went back after a year and got even worse service. The owners seem oblivious to everything and never engage their customers, or educate them about beer or their beer making methods. Salads are good, smoking area along the river is good, pizza is blahh, service is worse than horrible. If you are passing through consider going to The Barn or Buffalo wild Wings instead, they offer Weasel Boy beer with much better service which makes me sad. If you are looking for a great brewery experience go to North High Brewery in Columbus instead- their beer is twice as good (nitro beer), you can brew your own, and the service is much better than Weasel Boy. The typical crowd here does not include blue collar workers, only bankers, lawyers and suits normally. This is a follow up review, I want to love this place in the worst way but it is impossible given current business practices and ownership.

This is a brew pub that has so much potential. The beer is good, the layout of the place is good but the staff and the owners (we recognized them from a recent beer festival) don't really seem to care too much about the customers. The man working the bar couldn't tell us much about the different beers and was obviously counting the minutes until he was off. The owners walked through without even acknowledging guests.

Friends had fun tasting the different beers. Bartender seemed to be the one having problems - he gave two members of our group the same wine when two different wines had been ordered. He gave incorrect change. There were also problems with the posted prices being different than what was in the cash register so the server's receipts differed from the final cash register receipt.
Pizza was good, but nothing special. They do provide gluten-free salads. Waitress handled our large group well.
Nice idea to display a different local artist's work each month.

Great beer and fresh salads so-so pizza. Not so great on the customer service.Owners seem oblivious to their customers. This place could be so much better. It appears they really treat you badly if you don't fit their mold of what a customer should be. If you are a lawyer or professional you'll get great service, if your a blue collar worker you'll be lucky if you get a beer at all. High prices but quality beer. They also offer beer to-go in 1/2 jugs known as growlers. No TVs to encourage conversations. Patio area along river for smokers. God help you if you go here and are not white, I've seen black couples wait for over 1/2 hour for their drinks for no reason at all. Beware the bartender known as Tall Paul, he is part of the problem. Never once offered a tour while we were there. Always understaffed and never exceptional service. Ask for samples instead of the beer variety plate, if Paul isn't there you might get to sample everything for free but don't count on it. Owners seem oblivious to their customers.

Stopped here after a work trip. I had 10 beer samples and all were tasteful. I have been to a lot of Brewpubs and this one is at the top. The bar area was friendly, with a couch and recliners. The staff were very friendly and the pizza was great, it's a thin crust. I would have given it a 5 rating if the menu was more in depth. If I come back to this area, I will be back for the new seasonal beers.
