Have lunch on the balcony and then walk around and soak in the atmosphere in this wonderful place to spend an afternoon! The food is delicious, the displays are awesome, and the wares are top notch!

Had lunch there yesterday and once again it is to die for. Took a walk down to the lake and saw turtles on rocks sunning themselves, also saw geese laying on their nest. It was a nice walk after having a once again a outstanding lunch. This is truly a gem.

I could get lost in here for hours! There are so many beautiful things in the shop and they are displayed so beautifully. Especially lovely when decorated for Christmas. Be sure to make a lunch reservation as the food is fantastic! Whatever you do, get a lemon muffin!!!! You will NOT be disappointed.

I stopped in today for Christmas shopping - always find treasures and great gifts. The view was beautiful and it was fun to watch families pulling their Christmas trees up the hill. I had not intended to have lunch, but there was seating available and my past experience had been good. I tried new things - a pizza of the day - barbecued chicken and their famous sour cream pie. The pizza was very different and very good, with a crust that was a cross between a thin crust pizza and a pie. The waitress said the black raspberry pie was great, so I ordered it and it was delicious - a crumbly topping and loaded with fruit. After lunch enjoyed shopping for gifts - beautiful ornaments and fun gifts. It was a treasure hunt. It was a pretty day so I walked around the grounds to watch the Christmas Tree 'works' and enjoyed the very friendly roosters strutting up and posing for pictures. It made for a pleasant lunch and afternoon, a feast for the eyes and the palate.

I used to go to the restaurant which is excellent. I had family come in from out of town and decided to take them to Pine Tree Barn for shopping. The furniture is very upscale but so are the prices. If you want a wooden dining room table, coffee tables, hutch, etc., just a few miles down the road the Amish business will make you the same products that this store sells for 1/3 to 1/2 the price. The gift shop area upstairs has a lot of Country Folk Art/Primitives. Do people still buy that stuff for their homes? The Christmas displays were beautiful but again, just a few miles down the road in Amish Country you will find some identical merchandise at lower prices. They had a nice selections of ladies scarves, lotions, and jewelry. If you want to visit the Christmas Tree Farm on the property or have a great lunch then I would go. If you want to shop for furniture or gifts then I would visit Amish Country for the same selection at lower prices.
