I have not been to a Red Robin in years, but thought I would give it a try again. Even though there were not many patrons in the restaurant, I waited at the server stand for an extended period of time before I was seated. To my amazement a number of staff members looked right at me (and my obvious frustration) before I was finally seated...just prior to me walking out the door. Once I was seated the service was better; however, the server seemed to be more interested in the pretty girls that came in the door than giving me the attention I was paying for. Granted they were pretty girls, but come on. I ordered the veggie burger which was pretty good. It had some kind of sauce (horseradish, possibly) that gave it an interesting taste which did not suit my palate. I think it may be several more years before I visit another Red Robin. There are better hamburgers, with better service, out there.
