My husband and I went there on a Sunday evening for dinner with another couple. The menu had some good options, and prices seemed reasonable. We placed our orders, and were chatting when the waiter came over to apologize for the wait. At that point, we were understanding, as it was only just starting to seem like an unreasonable wait to us. However, our food didn't come out for another 15 minutes after that (meaning that it was probably a good 30 minute wait for our food). At that point, he informed me that they had accidentally burned my burger, and were making a replacement, and would give me a free dessert as compensation.
I will say that the food was very good, and the service once they burned my burger was very attentive, but up to that point we had not actually had our drinks refreshed, despite the lengthy wait for our food. I didn't really want a dessert, I would have rather had them knock a few dollars off our check, but they agreed to pack it to go, so whatever. We'll give them another shot, but after two months, I really think they should have already worked the kinks out.
