Cincinnati Marriott North
Ranked #5 of 16 Hotels in West Chester
Certificate of Excellence

I attended a small conference here for a non-profit corporation whose advisory board I am on. This is a perfect place for such conferences. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the rooms were spacious and very clean, the conference rate was excellent. There are planty of restaurants and activities in the immediate area, which is only 19 miles north of downtown Cincinnati along I-75. I certainly hope to be back this way in the future and stay here again.

While I don't really enjoy travelling to Ohio all that much, at least I get to stay at the Marriott Cincinnati North. The location is convenient, close to everything I need (and DON'T need, like the nearby Buffalo Wild Wings ... mmmmmmmm, wings); but not only that, the rooms are clean and quiet, and the staff are friendly and accommodating.

I think there was some renovation going on, but it was hard to tell.

The on-site restaurant is nice, and moderately priced (breakfast buffet is $16, but order off the menu for about $4 less and still be plenty full). There is a bar/lounge area attached that is pretty comfortable, too.

If you find there's no refrigerator in your room, and you need one, just call the front desk ... I got one in about 5 minutes. Evidently, not having mini-fridges in each room, running 24/7, saves a LOT of energy. So they're thinking about the planet, too. Nice.

There are other hotels in the area but this one has never disappointed. 5/5.

Decided last minute to stay here and they were really understanding and helpful to my requests. I arrived early and said I could wait in the lobby until a room was ready, but they found me a room immediately. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. If you plan to do work there, there is plenty of room to spread out and enough outlets for charging. The fitness center was the best I've seen while staying at a hotel. In addition, if you have gold status you have access to the concierge lounge and the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. They have an evening reception with plenty of food for a dinner and a nice breakfast with extensive options. I would definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: I got a room away from the elevator, but it was near the elevator for the cleaning crew so it was no...

Staff could not have been more helpful. The attention to customer service is evident throughout this hotel. This is a Marriot, but the service puts it up a notch. Very good hotel amenities, pool, larger exercise area than normal. Lobby Starbucks is a great addition.

This was my second time staying at the hotel and was once again very happy to sleep here. The room was clean, the water pressure was good and the bed was comfortable. Only drawback for me was that the room didnt have a window that opened, but wasn’t that big off a deal because of the temperatures outside.

The lobby and adjacent bar are nice and offer a good spot to grab a beer (or two) after a long day.

I arrived late and the ladies at the front desk were very nice and although the kitchen was closed they offered me a snack from the small store. Very nice

The fitness center is above average and offers 5 treadmills, three ellipticals and 2 stationary bikes. Free weights go up to the standard 50 lbs.

The hotel does also offer a pool for those interested.

I spent almost a week here for a seminar, and was underwhelmed by the usual Marriott carpets (who designs them?), the impractical furniture (like the tiny desk cluttered with big electrical outlets and a coffee maker), or the small gym.
however, every single employee has just the best attitude you can wish for, doing their job professionally and so so friendly.
The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere, Bob Evans and Jag's, plus a few others are your only choices for entertainment.

Room Tip: Avoid the rooms facing the highway (x30s) - I slept there and woke up from the noise. Better are the...

We travel extensively for leisure & business and this is one of Marriott's best. The staff is extrememly friendly. The front desk always greets us & is often out from behind the desk in the lobby area to greet guests. I wish I could remember all their names as they are all terrific. The concierge (Susi & Julie) are exceptional, extremely friendly & professional, and have helped us find a nearby park or someplace to eat. We've stayed here multiple times & have never been dissappointed,

The indoor pool is nice as is the workout room which is large & has multiple treadmills, bikes, elipticals, weights & yoga balls.

There are multiple eateries w/i walking distance w/ safe sidewalks to get you there.
