For awhile this location was consistently serving lukewarm chowder but the server told us the problem had been resolved. We ordered the chowder and it was deliciously hot just like it should be. Unfortunately my entree was lukewarm for the second visit in a row. I ordered the shrimp and scallops and it must have sat for a while since the lemon butter sauce was in a thick pool at the bottom of my entree and thickly coated the shrimp (and there was far too much butter on this entree). My husband's dish was steaming hot so maybe mine sat waiting for his. I didn't want to disrupt the meal so I just ate it but really it was ruined by being barely warm enough to eat. The squash on my plate was cold. Another thing, for the third visit in a row we have had to ask for (just first) refills on our coffees. This should be done without us hounding the server. The last time we had to ask for bread three times before we received it so at least this was delivered with our soups. This restaurant was always the one we could go to time and time again and leave feeling we had great service, great entrees and a perfect dining experience. Perhaps this restaurant is joining the run of the mill. We have been loyal Bonefish customers for many years but we are starting to fall out of love. Please Bonefish, don't serve cold food and "bone" up on your service. We want you to be our favorite restaurant once again!
