Stayed here with my family Aug 7-11, 2013. Overall a clean, comfortable hotel. We stay at Residence Inn's for the kitchens, because we need to cook our meals in, rather than eat out. The lobby is spacious and comfortable, and has cozy seating: booths, bars, tables, etc. The rooms are so very comfortable: the layout is open, and there aren't a lot of walls to get in the way. Service was excellent and we would stay here again, no question. The breakfast hoardes are present here, too, but the staff managed the hungry mouths as well as could be expected.

I would like to see better signage around the hotel. It was very hard figuring out how to get to the hotel, even once you see it. (I made an illegal left turn a few times, no doubt about it). Another odd thing was our difficulty locating a grocery store nearby...even with an updated Google Maps. We found a few, but both were a ridiculous hike from the hotel. Finally, there is only one person at the front desk in the evenings, and he/she would at times be overwhelmed. A hotel this size gets a lot of requests from guests, and I think they need 2 people at the front desk at all times.

This place was great! very clean and reasonable price we paid less here for a king suit then most reg rooms only 119 a night. The bed was the most comfortable ive ever slept on. staff very friendly. The only complaint Is the air condition didnt work right, was set on 65 and never got cool in our room. Also the trash cans were not emptied from the previous guest when I told front desk they came.up and emptied.them but.never gave us new.trash bags to put in the cans.

Simply put the hotel is nice. First comment was "finally a hotel with enough towels for four without calling housekeeping". Lobby and courtyard are welcoming...kinda makes you feel like a home away from home. Courtyard area has plenty of seating, grill and other amenities that make you feel like your at home, at the parents or friends house. Stayed in room 306, double queen room with pull out sofa.

Close to plenty of moderately priced restaurants, shopping (IKEA) and easy access to I-75 without being too close to get road noise. Finally there's a small kitchette with a frig, microwave, two burners for light cooking and a automatic dishwasher.

We've stayed at a number of Res Inns and we've liked all of them but this is pretty much the standard I measure them by. This one is in a great location if you're not wanting to be in the downtown mix, and it's close to some great shopping/eating as well. The staff is all always so helpful, the rooms spacious for what we need, and our boys always love the pool - covered and large enough to share. Highly satisfied.

Manager Brian led by example providing an excellent experience, comfortable stay, welcoming environment and helpful atmosphere. There on business for a three night stay, it all started a couple of days before my arrival when at gentleman by the name of Andrew went the extra mile, finding a room for me after the central reservation area could not make it happen. Upon my arrival, I found everyone to be pleasant and focused on the customer’s experience. The facility is immaculate and modern. We had large one bedroom suite, with full kitchen, so there were separate areas for sleeping, working, eating and relaxing, as advertised. Getting there on a Thursday, I was able to enjoy some very good lasagna during the complimentary social hour, coupled with a pretty good complimentary full breakfast buffet the following mornings during the stay.

I was in need of both wireless and wired internet for my laptop and VOIP phone, respectively. The wired internet did not sync-up immediately, however through the diligent help of their 24 hour IT team and the personal assistance of Brian, they made it happen. While there I was able to take advantage of the indoor swimming pool and hot tub; again, great atmosphere well maintained, high quality speakers with sound befitting a calming/relaxing swim and hot tub. The shower and commode area is small and it takes some very careful navigating to close the door, but you appreciate the efficient planning and use of space. The superior service, modern décor, cleanliness, comfort and the amenities make this the place of choice every time I’m in the area for business or pleasure. Two Thumbs up to this leader, his team and his hotel.

Everything was very clean, nice, modern. Hubby and I don't live far, but go on weekend excursions quite a bit. Our room had everything we needed, but still not as nice as the Residence Inn in Downtown Cincinnati! Bed was compfy, bathroom small. Problem with shower door leaking and bathroom faucet spraying. A lot to do in the area. Had dinner at the Fish Market, yummm. Went to Jaguars for some great dancing, Band started @ 9:45, with a piano duet at the bar before that. Breakfast was hot and lots to choose from in the morning. Will be back

I will try to keep this specific and short. This hotel is perfect for families traveling to the Cincinnati area wanting to visit Kings Island or other attractions in North Cincinnati. During our trip we went to Kings Island as well as the Duke Energy Kids Museum in Downtown Cincinnati. This hotel is a 15 minute drive to Kings Island without going on the interstate. And it is a 15-20 minute drive to downtown.

I have a family of 4 (2 kids under 6 years old). We love this hotel. Below are some things that keep us coming back to this hotel:

Pros

1. The rooms are literally a home away from home. They have a full kitchen. The rooms layout is perfect for families and provides lots of space. Accessible outlets for plugging things in. Both the 2 queen suite and even the king studio suite provide enough room. I recommend the 2 queen suite since there is a door that can help keep the sound out of the bedroom from the living area and kitchen.

2. Breakfast from 6-10 everyday and Social Hour (Dinner) Mon-Thu evenings. Free food that is actually really good. You can't beat it. It is crowded on busy days such as weekends, but well worth it.

3. Service. Workers are very helpful and friendly. From the front desk personnel to the ladies working the breakfast/dinner area all employees were great.

4. Free fresh fruit all day. Bananas, apples, and oranges anytime you wanted them.

5. Coffee, tea, and ice water all day.

6. Cleanliness, layout, parking, etc. Everything about this hotel works for us. Ample parking. Only 5 floors and never very far from the elevator or stairs.

7. Indoor pool and hot tub.

8. Outdoor basketball court, we never used it, but it is in good condition.

Cons

1. Breakfast got crowded 1 day out of the 5 days we have been there so far.

2. If I tell too many people how good this hotel is, there won't be any rooms available for me.

Room Tip: 2 queen suite if you have 3 or more guests is slightly better than studio suite for privacy and soun...
