I was surprised to come upon this place with my daughter when we were going to Dayton. We thought it might be like a rescue sanctuary. But when we went there, we saw the animals in really bad conditions! There was a young bear cub that was in a cage barely the size for him to turn around. It was filthy and smelled. The bear was pacing and rocking his head back and forth. The big cats and other animals were all in cages with green water and no interest for them. There was a pit with two bears stuck down below in. It was dirty and it looks like this place is breeding the animals for money. We love sanctuarys and support them. They are NOT supposed to be breeding at any sanctuary....this place is as bad as that guy that let all his animals go. This place is not saving animals- only making a profit off them by breeding them to sell. We will never go back here...not a happy place for animals!

Three adults and two kids visited this small Zoo with a 50% deal from JBDollar dot com! They have a great assortment of animals such as bears, white tiger, monkeys, leopards, wolves, etc... This is not the Cincinnati Zoo, but a private not for profit homegrown place that takes in exotic animals that people can no longer care for and they cannot be released into the wild, or are injured and cannot fend for themselves. Please don't go there thinking you are going to see elaborate habitats or complain that the cages are not big enough etc... These people are doing the best the can to take care of animals that normally would have to be put down etc.. Many times on Tripadvisor I see people attack small private zoos. The place is a work in progress and could use some more hands on attractions or mini shows with the animals to draw people in. Maybe have like bear feeding times and make it a game or something. Great potential here. Your kids will love it and the size is great for small kids. No getting lost or feeling overwhelmed. Great prices on concessions and admissions. Took us about an hour to see everything and we would go back.
