Great menu options. I am well travelled but the options here are fantastic. I had the Peruvian ceviche which is different from the ceviche you know. Different flavors and different types of corn. One is crunchy and the other is white and flat. A must! Then I had the chicharron, squid and fish, very lightly fried with great sauce and different flavor. We got a glimpse of history from our host who explained how the Japanese influenced Peru, hence the special ceviche. The server and the host are definitely passionate about Peru. The portions are huge. You will take some home. And don't forget to try the Peruvian coffee, very good. They are new and I wish them luck. Also don't miss the Salsa on Saturday night
