I took my kids several times while growing up. Always worth the money and a fun day. I'll now be able to take my grandson! Can't wait.

I adore this place. Wagon trails is fun for all ages. I've been there for a date day with my boyfriend as well as with my boyfriends 3 year old. Make sure to look online for a 2$ off coupon. Don't forget cash, they don't accept debit or credit cards. There is an ATM in the lobby. Gift shop is cute. There is a petting zoo that takes up your time while you're waiting for your wagon. Bring quarters- they sell ice cream cones full of food to feed the animals in the petting zoo. (25cents each). The wagon ride itself is totally awesome. Where else can you get up close and personal with tons of different animals? They give you a ginormous bucket of food before boarding and if you run out, (which is next to impossible) you can get a refill for 2$. Highly recommend this place & tell all my friends about it!

Having grown up in this area and not ever going here I was honestly not expecting much. Boy was I surprised when we got here! You start off going to a typical petting zoo that's a little better than the norm while waiting for your safari! Then you go with a group of people and you get to feed cattle, water buffalo, ostriches, zebra, elk, and many others. My three year old absolutely loved it!!!! I wouldn't hesitate if you have kids or are a kid at heart!

We take our son here a few times a season and he enjoys it everytime. Once you buy you ticket for the ride there is a small petting zoo type area to feed goats, small cows, donkeys and a few birds. The last few times we have went there was a baby camel as well to feed in this area. Then they call your ticket color for the open air ride and give you a bucket of food. You can either toss the food under you seat or pour it right into some of the animals mouths. Although during hot days there can be a bit of a smell to the animals it isn't to bad. The ride stops along the way to let the animals come up to the jeep. Keep an eye out on the floor and everywhere when it is stopped becasue you never know where a animal may stick their head. At the end of the ride there is an area with Ostrich this is my little ones favorite stop but you have to be kinda careful when feeding them as they like to steal your bucket of food and their bills can get your fingers if you are not holding it correctly. As long as you listen to the drive though it is not a problem.
In the fall they have an apple toss after you get off the ride to feed some of the other animals. They give you a bucket of apples and you can either hand toss or use the catapult to launch them out in the field. When you are done another tractor and wagan take you back to the parking area.
The only sraw back is they do not take credit cards and the price is a little high for a family but well worth it. There is coupons online you can print off.
