“Wonderful dining experience”
Reviewed January 23, 2013

We both enjoyed the excellent food and the wait staff was remarkable. The decor and view are just amazing. Hubby had the wild boar with whipped golden potatoes and green beans along with a lobster bisque. I too had the lobster bisque and the most amazing sushi roll. The price is expensive but well worth it!!!

“Highly disappointing service and food, especially for the price”
Reviewed January 22, 2013 via mobile

My wife and I visited Blue Canyon last weekend for the first time after hearing good things about it. We decided to wait at the bar for a table and ordered drinks and a flat bread for an appetizer. The flat bread was basically a tortilla torched with what was supposed to be sausage on top. The bar tenders were extremely slow, and really didn't want us to know it was happy hour until we asked if they had any specials. Several other customers around us were also unhappy with the service. The service was so poor at the bar and the appetizer was so bad we decided to leave and ended up at Rosewood Grill which is worth a return visit. I would not recommend this restaurant if you are in the area. Head to Hudson or one of the top restaurants in Cleveland if you are looking to spend Blue Canyon prices and want good food and professional servers and tenders. Blue Canyon has potential but it has lots to learn before its a world class restaurant.

“Overpriced for so so food.”
Reviewed January 2, 2013 via mobile

The atmosphere is great. The menu is very limited, not so great and overpriced.

The staff seems to feel they are doing you a favor by serving you.

“Family Holiday”
Reviewed December 30, 2012

Here for our annual family holiday dinner. First, it was very busy and noisy - but, that was the only downside. Dinner was fantastic. Everyone enjoyed it. The bone-in strip special was one of the tastiest steaks I have had in recent memory. Everything was well presented and cooked exactly to order. Service was excellent. Definitely will return.

“Overpriced disappointment”
Reviewed December 29, 2012 via mobile

We went with four other couples and sat in the lounge for a quick bite and a drink. My wife and I split a very average hamburger that was served with a few French fries. We each had one drink and our bill was $40. Although the check was only for my wife and I, they added a 20% tip to our bill since their were 10 at the table. Not a big deal but it would have been nice if they pointed that out when the bill was delivered. I was most disappointed by the $9 draft beer I ordered. Although this is a nice restaurant, there are much better values in the same local which we will visit next time.
