I was dubious about this hotel, but extended my stay because it was clean and was an excellent value. Includes internet, microwave, refrigerator, pool, shuttle, large rooms, solid breakfast. The best $50/night room I've ever had.
Good size room. Good size refrigerator, but it lacks a freezer compartment. Good work desk with handy outlet on wall above desk. Very slow draining sink. Older TV.
Difficult to adjust water temp in sink. WATCH OUT hot water is scalding.
I should start by saying that all reviews are relative. If this hotel cost over $100.00 I'd have to drop a star, but at this price point it's very good. The room shows some wear, but is quite comfortable and large (I'm in a single Queen), and most importantly clean. The front desk agent was just wonderful, even though she appeared to be about 15 years old. Although to be honest, at my age most people look like they're in their late teens or early 20's. The included breakfast was basic, but did include some fruit, and a waffle maker which is always a plus. I didn't look at the pool or hot tub, but the fact that there is one is also a big plus. It's a great place if you are passing through, right off the turnpike.
I've been in and out of the area for business, and have tried many of the local hotels and motels. The "excellent" rating is not because this is the finest hotel in the area, but because it is definitely the best value. Rooms are clean, staff is professional. Pool and hot tub are clean. Not much of an exercise room, but has a perfectly serviceable treadmill. Decent breakfast selection for a hotel in this price range. I keep coming back here even though it is not really that close to where I'm working. Oh... it is right next to the airport, so you do hear the occasional plane - but it has never disturbed my sleep in the 15+ nights I've slept here.
