The bread was cold and the butter pats were hard. The salad was iceberg and the house Italian dressing tasted store bought! The entrees I sampled were average at best (chicken parm, eggplant parm and chicken marsala). Yet, the biggest disappointment was the service. The waitress did not talk to the table about the specials, did not make recommendations to mostly first-time customers, did not ask if we wanted appetizers and the original drink order took a good 10-20 mins to come out to our group. The waitress never asked if we needed drink refills, more bread or anything along those lines. Most in our group of 10 concluded that Macaroni Grill or Olive Garden would have been a much better use of our money. That hurts to say coming from a diner who strongly prefers independent restaurants compared to the chain ones mentioned previously!
