If you want a great meal, good service and a great atmosphere., this is the place to eat. Well worth the drive from Georgetown, Kentucky!

Our Server was Ken ~ and I hope Papadeaux's management realizes what a great asset he is to their team. He was very helpful on dinner recommendations!

We have been eating at Pappadeaux's for years and so far it is handsdown the best inland seafood you can get. You can tell that the fish is always fresh, I highly recommend the crawfish bisque and the crabcakes. The dessert is outstanding, (the bread pudding is to die for). And if you're unhappy, the staff will do all they can to fix it. For example, we got in and everyone was wearing coats, it was very cold, so we told a waiter and the next thing we know it was a nice temp, my mother ordered a coffee with a shot of espresso but our waiter came back saying that the espresso machine was broken and made a fresh new pot extra strong just for her, so the staff is very considerate (especially Scott, he was personable and was very helpful). So if you enjoy great food but don't have time to go to the shore definitely come to Pappadeaux's.

Had been told by coworkers this was a good restaurant when visiting Ohio. It was a pleasant surprise after shopping all day at Jungle Jim's . Very pretty and well decorated restaurant . The menu was extremely varied. I could have made a meal on the appetizers alone. Deserts pretty much the same! My husband and I settled on catfish on numerous occasions and it was delicious. The portions are large enough to be shared - then you'll be able to enjoy a desert!

I drive from Indianapolis to Springdale quite often just to go to Pappadeaux, It is worth the 1:20 there and back for the meal and service you receive. Went on a bus trip on June 29th and drove right back on 4th of July. Now that is talking about loving a place. The manager and our server were the best and always are no matter who is on duty. The best sweet potatoe pie in the world and key lime pie after a great meal. I wish they would build one in Indianapolis.

Four of us went to dinner at this Pappadeaux last Friday July 5. We made our reservations for 5:30 pm to get ahead of the crowd. We were seated immediately but our table was right beside the wait staff station. Although the place wasn't full yet, between the wait staff, kitchen and patrons, it was extremely noisy. We requested a different table and our server Bobbie Jo talked to the manager. He transferred us to a separate room with only about six tables. The difference was night and day, we could carry on a normal conversation. As for the food, I ordered the fried soft shelled crab and it was excellent although a little on the peppery side. Soft shelled crab is not available in any other area restaurant. Pappadeaux tends to be generous with pepper and other spices but if you tell your server, they can adjust the seasoning. If you like to have your dinner in a quieter spot, ask to be seated in the separate rooms or by the windows.
