This hotel is not in a good part of town and the hotel itself is a disappointment. The primary issue is the poor quality of the rooms. Nothing is more annoying than hearing sounds from adjacent rooms- and I spent the night hearing my neighbors on either side of me. Not because they were loud- they weren't. It was because the walls were so thin, There really was no need for me to turn on my tv set because I could very easily listen to the tv shows in the rooms on either side of me. Luckily I had my ipod with me because the only way I could sleep was by blocking out the sound with my earphones. Otherwise I would have been up all night. Second issue is the customer service - or lack thereof. When I checked in, I was given a room that reeked of smoke. When I called to the front desk to point out that I requested a non-smoking room, I was told I was given a non-smoking room that was in a smoking area (???) They changed my room ...but to a lower quality room . A curious move on their part but at this point I was resigned to spending the night there and getting some sleep after a long travel day.
I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Go to the Doubletree in Sharonville.More
