The hotel was very nice and I enjoyed a very good stay at this hotel. The room was very nice and was clean and well appointed. The staff upgraded me to a suite and the additional space was very nice and appreciated. The room was very quite and I enjoyed a comfortable night of sleep. The bed was very comfortable and the room AC was quiet and keep the room at a very comfortable temp.

The hotel had a decent selection for breakfast, but the waitress seemed to be confused and overloaded. The hotel should consider transitioning to a complete self service model for breakfast and not confuse their own staff and customers with the blended model. It was taking more time than providing benefit and was very confusing on what was included in the room rate versus what was not. That was my only reason for not rating this hotel a 5.

I recommend this hotel when looking for a great stay in the area.

pleasantly surprised by this tucked away retreat. As we walked into the lobby we felt special. The treatment was a surprise. They were so helpful and accommodating. The room was so clean and the bed and bedding was a dream. So comfortable. I have a terrible back and the bed is an important factor to me. Well, I slept very sound and felt great the next morning. Check out was made very simple and breakfast was great. Thank You for this great little oasis in the middle of nowhere ♥

The Hilton Garden Inn is tucked away but still easy to access with a range of restaurants very close by. The staff were all wonderful, including the desk managers, maids, kitchen staff,.... Nice exercise room and indoor pool. The beds have separate sleep number controls for each side.

I was there for a small convention, a group of about 100+ people known as furries. At first I was worried that the hotel would be too small, or the accommodations too simple. But everything was fine. We are an odd group, we dress up in costumes and generally roam around the place into the small hours of the night. But, the management was very helpful and interactive and they made it into a great time.

The rooms were just fine. We get a bit stinky too in those animal suits, and the rooms were cleaned and refreshed by the cleaning staff as well as possible. I didn't notice any trouble with the beds, and was excited to find out that some of the beds had plush furry mattress covers or something similar. There was no road noise and there is such a variety of food nearby, whether cheap and easy or fancy and expensive. The fridge in the room was nice and I didn't get a chance to use the microwave. The WiFi was easy to use and the showers work just fine and are big enough for two.

I wouldn't hesitate to return here again for our little convention. It was memorably good, and that's not always guaranteed. A lot of that is due to the staff and management.

I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Sharonville, OH for 2 nights. The hotel accomodations, service, location, etc. were fine. However, the beds were horrible. The 2 queen beds were NOT queens in size, and they were extremely hard!! Far exceeding firm. I have a semi-firm mattress I just bought at home 2 months ago and this bed compared to mine was like a board. Absolutely no comfort. The rest of hotel was fine for a middle of the run cost hotel, but unless you want a crick in your back for days, don't stay here.

Heading to Tennessee from Michigan we spent the night here. How awesome. Definitely will return to another Garden Inn. I was so impressed with the lobby that I inquired about it and learned that it was recently remodeled. Very modern and very warm. I loved the porcelain floors. Being near the expressway I was shocked that we heard nothing. Breakfast to order was unexpected too

This hotel is a bit older, but very well maintained. The staff is friendly and efficient and the hotel is very clean. It's a great value. It's a bit out of the city, and provides easy freeway access. I generally prefer to stay in a Hilton or Hilton Resort, but for the purposes of this trip, the location was ideal.
