You don't expect too much from a drive through sandwich chain. Here, though, the employees seem to have learned this as well and have set the bar for themselves pretty low. The man wearing the headset (manager) is constantly shouting orders like a drill sergeant. I thought there might be an issue with the speaker, but then he screams through the delivery window as well. The staff refuses to sell any discount item as a special order. For example, if you want an all-american cheeseburger for a dollar, you'll eat it as it comes. If you want it with no mustard, for example, you need to pay full price for a cheeseburger. If the employees are that unhappy with the place maybe a change is needed.
