We decided to give this place a try for Valentine's Day and were glad we did, The location is very good as it is tucked into the main strip in Levis Commons town-center-style shopping center. The attractive setting with ample parking added to the experience as it was pleasant to go for a stroll among the shops after dinner. The seating capacity was a little on the small side so it may be better to avoid peak times. But the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Our waiter came to the table right away and explained the system (very similar to Mongolian BBQ). He was very courteous and efficient. It turns out there are two options if you come in at lunch time. You can get a small bowl ($8.99, I believe) or a large bowl ($12.99). We chose the large as we were pretty hungry. The bowls do not look big but you can pack a surprising amount into a small volume. The rule is that you can pile it up and, as long as it stays on the pile, the grillers will cook it up for you. The number of items available to load up our bowls was pretty impressive. There were more than enough types of vegetables and the meat selection was also quite plentiful as it included sausage, beef, several types of seafood and more...even gyro meat. There were eight different recipes for established combos plastered across the wall in case you are more comfortable staying with a script. But you are also free to experiment in whatever way you wish. After selecting the fruits, vegetables and meats we wanted to go in our bowls, we were faced with an array of sauces from which we could pick, including the possibility to make a variety of combinations from the available choices. There were spicy and non-spicy choices as well as heavier and lighter tasting options. At the grill, the guys asked us if we wanted our combos to include rice or pasta. They add it for you. The grill line moves a little slow but the grillers to their credit did keep at it. Good things just take a while! In the end, when we sat down to eat, we were very happy with our creations. We also chose to get dessert as there was a very tempting chocolate cake that turned come in a huge serving. We made the right choice to split it. We ended up taking part of our bowl creations home as well as part of the piece of cake. It was enough for another light meal for each of us. The prices were reasonable considering the offerings. It was the same price as going to a Mongolian BBQ. I would recommend this place if you are in Perrysburg or nearby and ready for a big meal.
