Blue Pacific Grill is based is a buffet food concept. You select your own assortment of veggies, protein, sauces and toppings. Your choices are delivered to the grill chefs who stir-fry/grill cook your choices and then serve them with the rice or noodle options of your choice. The buffet is clean and well-stocked. Signs remind diners of food safety policies which fellow iners observed while we were present. The range of vegetables is wide as are the protein offerings which include beef, pork, chicken, seafood and tofu. Noodle option include udon, spiral and gluten free rice noodles. Brown and white rice are available. Roughly a dozen sauce options and additional toppings suh as nuts and spice mixtures add to the number of variations possible. Easily overwhelmed? Suggested combinations are available. Service was prompt and friendly. Beer, wine and cocktails available in addition to soft drinks. Veggie only and all you can eat variations are also available.
