My son and I dined in this lovely atmosphere on Good Friday. The service was excellent, which always makes for a comforting meal. Thanks Brandy B.

Also, the manager Chris or should I say MIT, was kind and checked on all the patrons. The food was tasty and the portions were perfect for lunch.

The food here is typically delicious while the service ranges for average to nightmare. Somewhat recently their prices increased (as did most other restaurants), but their portions seemed to be cut in half! Still mostly enjoy their food, just can’t help feeling I’m being cheated a little. Some tasty apps to try: the Goat Cheese Pepperdew Peppers, the Bruschetta Crostini, & the Crispy Artichoke Potato Cakes. Create Your Own Pasta is an excellent entrée choice because not only do you form a custom-made dish, but you also get a more generous portion compared to off-the-menu entrees. Also, they sometimes way undercook their pasta which seems pretty ridiculous for an Italian restaurant.

We always stop here to eat when traveling on business & staying in N Olmstead. Perhaps a tradition of sorts. Usually a group of 5-15. This particular evening there were 5 of us. We all enjoyed our food choices. The server made great recommendations - as 2 of us wanted to try something different from our old 'stand-by'. Drink service was VERY slow. Seems it also took the food a long time to come out - but it was good, hot & worth the wait!

Macaroni Grill has stepped up its game a bit. There are lighter dishes, less emphasis on cream sauce, and more choices in small plates. The flatbreads are particularly tasty.

We celebrated a birthday and and had the sea bass, shrimp and create your own pasta dinners. We all tried the new dessert, apple cake and apple shake which was too sweet. the waitress was very cordial and answered all of our questions.
